Snow Day 2012

We woke up to snow this morning and headed out to play after breakfast.  Madeline actually snuck out on the deck a couple of times while breakfast was being prepared as she simply could not wait to be in the snow.

Alex was cautious at first and just wanted "Mom up up."

Madeline built a snowman with some help from Dad.
  

Alex decided to ride his trike in the snow.  Take a look at his "snow tires."

Then he decided to fill the dumper on his trike with snow using his own snow shovel.

Madeline made a snow angel.  Mom thought it was cool, but Madeline wasn't convinced.
