We went blueberry picking on a cool, overcast morning -- perfect picking weather. Both kids had a great time. Between the 3 of us, we picked 21 pounds of berries. Our freezer is well stocked now, but the kids will likely chomp down all of those berries in no time.
Bascially all of Alex's blueberries went into his mouth instead of his bucket. Eventually he lost interest in picking altogether and decided to pester his sister.
